Course Appetizer

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Roma Tomatoes Diced
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Fresh Basil
  • 1/3 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 ounce Balsamic Glaze
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Loaf French Bread, toasted and sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, toss together the tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, and garlic.
  • Mix in the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper.
  • Let sit in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Serve on toasted bread slices.
