Garlic Butter Pretzels
Ingredients
- 1 16oz Bag Utz Old Fashioned Sourdough Hards
- 3 Sticks Butter
- 1.5 Packet Dry Onion Soup Mix Mrs Grass
- Garlic Powder
- Coarse Sea Salt
Instructions
- Pre Heat Oven to 250.Melt 3 sticks of butter in a pan.Mix in packets of Onion Soup MixSprinkle in Garlic Powder.While that is melting, taking the pretzels out of the bag and crush them with a mallet. The smaller, the better.Strain the crumbs and salt, leaving just the pretzel bits. Reserve the crumbs.Take the pretzels and pour them into the pan. Mix them all around ensuring they are all coated. Leave no white pretzel bits.After being mixed, lay them out on a baking sheet and sprinkle garlic powder and Sea Salt to taste. Sprinkle some of the crumbs on top of themPut in oven for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, pull the pretzels out, stir them around, sprinkle crumbs and garlic and salt over them and put back in for 15 minutes. Repeat until they have been baked for around an hour.
